Saarthi's purpose is larger than its own films — to help Gujarat's creative community grow, and to invite everyone already building it to build with us.
Why Now
Gujarat has elite schools — NID, MICA, CEPT, MSU Baroda — a deep pool of gifted cinematographers and photographers, filmmakers and studios doing wonderful work, a proud global diaspora, and the energy of one of India's most enterprising states. What we can all use is more connection between them — and more reasons for our best people to build their careers right here. For the first time, a full creative career can be built without leaving for Mumbai. We'd love to help widen that door.
